Overall, I've had a really good experience working with Public Storage. Upper mgmt is very supportive, co-workers are team players, and the day to day keeps me on my toes.

Quarterly bonuses and the stock awards are Fantastic!
What makes you most happy at work?
I like that there is always something to do. I've never had a bored moment at work. I'm definitely kept on my toes with new challenges and new assignments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have one another's back and are genuinely there for one another. I've worked for other company's where co-workers were out for themselves but my co-workers want to see others do well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an open door policy. I have been able to speak openly and honestly to the executive team regarding many things. They are there to support me and take my thoughts into consideration which I greatly appreciate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open to feedback and take action. If I'm needing extra support or need additional time to complete something they're open and realist with timelines. When the timelines are out of of their control they acknowledge we have a lot of competing priorities. That understanding is all I want.
