What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus structure is a huge benefit to the job that is different from other retail jobs and adds a large pay opportunity to the DM field.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is able to be open and honest with each other and we listen. We will drop everything and be there for each other. We push each other to improve and want each other to be successful
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is shrinking the main reasons promotions were highly covetable. RSU awards, Bonus have come down and the gap between positions is less than it has been in years past. SDM position should not be one where you may make the same amount of base salary as your direct reports.
