Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we are underpaid base on the scope of work and hours necessary to preform at a high level. For example my skill set at Public Storage would be translatable into a role as a DM at a variety of retail role with base pay of six figures before stock or intensives are a factor.
