What are some of the best things about your team?

For the majority of the team, we work together well and try to help one another in times of struggle.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The flexibility to work from where I choose fit - whether that be a struggling property, a manager I want to engage more with, at a coffee shop or at home.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to their employees. When we give them feedback or level up concerns many times it stops with them and nothing changes or gets better, this is why there has been an extremely high amount of turnover in our region & why there will continue to be more.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My pay is comparable to my peers who have much easier districts & have been here less time than me. My bonus structure has not been fair, as most of my properties are non-ranking due to acquisition, new builds, or redevelopment. Many of my non-ranking properties compete against my ranking properties

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We talk the talk, but we don't walk the walk. We don't take care of our customers & need to provide extensive data to fix issues, whether it be upkeep at our properties, enhancing security measures for break-ins, or truly celebrating diversity.
