stable company, doesn't pay the best but pays ok, leadership is often running 100 mph and does not have the time to just talk and develop, too many fire drills, you can't fully take off, always calls for something, technology is subpar, the culture has gone from open door to you are NOT allowed talk

The company feels cheap at times. There is a lot of work that is expected and other companies pay more for this type of work. If you cover a district or go above and beyond, you are still bonused like everyone else. The bonus program is not a level playing field.
