Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility at Quadient

Quadient is a committed player in the circular economy. The Company has taken into account regulatory constraints by preparing for them ahead of time and transforming them into a competitive advantage. From the product design phase to end-of-life dismantling, Quadient takes all environmental aspects into account.
Our Sustainable Design and Responsible Manufacturing policy aims at improving energy efficiency, longevity, recyclability, modularity, and the upgradability of our products to minimize their impact on the environment throughout their life cycle.

For several years, Quadient has been committed to protecting and preserving the environment. We are committed to take actions to combat climate change and support the global transition to a low carbon economy. We are also fostering circular economy principles in our operations and solutions to lower the Company's environmental footprint.
By 2023, we achieved a 55% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions compared to 2018, surpassing our initial goal ahead of schedule. Building on this success, we have set new ambitious near-term targets aligned with a 1.5°C scenario and a long-term goal of achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.
In January 2026, Quadient has been awarded an A- score by CDP, a global nonprofit that runs a leading independent environmental disclosure system for companies. The A- rating marks a strong advancement from previous years and recognizes Quadient’s successful integration of climate action into its long-term strategy.

As a responsible and social player, Quadient gives great importance to the proximity of its teams with NGOs in local communities where the Company is present. For many years, Quadient employees are thus encouraged to implement and take part in charity activities in line with its EPIC values, in all the countries where the Company operates.
Quadient also wants to strengthen the dialog with its external stakeholders and have a positive social impact on communities. The company also recently implemented a CSR strategy with 3 pillars and, among them a Philanthropy pillar, to engage and support the communities.
This is why Quadient recently launched a global philanthropy program. Quadient Cares is our citizen commitment program built for Quadient’s employees. It embodies our values and focuses on three main causes: quality education and decent work; inclusion and diversity; environment: waste and pollution reduction. The Company also continues to support its historical partners. They all contribute to 5 UN Sustainable Development Goals, making sure that the Company's efforts achieve worthwhile results.
