I have been working as a call center agent less than 3 months. I have always kept my handle time to at least average. Lately I have been receiving calls that are fake targeted to run up my handle time as a result cause me to be taken off the phone. I have been lied to on numerous occasions .
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop being lazy and be held accountable
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Customers are rude disrespectful and loud . It is very stressful to deal with and hurts moral
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have been lied to regarding training and the second you question them they are quick to retaliate . And blame you for their system issues.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Easy and at the same time it felt like they never wanted to hire me I had to keep calling them. I sure regret it now
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people pretend to like you as if your part of the team . Once you have met the expectations then the set up begins to raise your handle time
