I walked out after hearing a manager dress down an employee who hung up on a frequent caller who called in to sexualy harassed us. The employee was upset and told them she'd been assaulted before and she couldn't handle the call. The whole floor could hear. Unprofessional, uncaring management.

Heartless management, horrible scripts and QA, unsatisfied customers, unlivable wages. Fix those.
