Just like any company have what they say in writing still will not help. You work hard, learn more, get trained and then do not even get considered for the position. Qualfon states to make each person's life better. Qualfon has made my life a night mare not better. I do not feel valued nor welcome.

All of the interviewing has been placed on the under prepared, under trained, and under valued team leads not Human resources
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treat people as human beings, Focus on getting the job completed not titles. Be honest and if you mess up own it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Do what you say you are going to do. Live by the values that is set. Too many a time has something been promised then not be delivered. I have set up meetings with different staff members and that staff member did not show or even accept the invite. Reporting needs to verify data. Show respect
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know i am not paid what i am worth. There is too much focus on titles. I spend the time, effort, rearrange my schedule to do training for a position that i am interested in. Then not even get considered nor even talked to in a phone or face to face conversation about why. Then have that repeat.
