I enjoy working with my team, helping teammates, helping the agents learn and grow on their calls, and gaining knowledge needed to perform my job as complete and accurate as I can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have quarterly meetings where everyone gets together and has some fun virtually. It's not the same as it we were all together onsite, There is more perks with onsite, as many fun activities are held monthly, which remote employees do not have the ability to enjoy. We do have virtual activities.
