My team members are drama free and are truely supportive in making sure we are successful as a unit and not individually.

Communication, brainstorming, willingness to consider new ideas and just the day to day comradery are a few of the things I like best about my Qualfon team leaders.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy with my level of responsibility. I feel I am challenged just enough to keep me motivated and not too much that I get disengaged or feel overwhelmed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a minimal amount of change from day to day. We all have plenty of time to learn our job and learn it well. There is always support for further learning and moving forward with education.
