Working here in Qualfon gave me lots of opportunities to learn new things which is what I'm yearning for. But, unfortunately, compensation, most of the time, is not aligned to the responsibilities that the employee is handling. Environment wise, Qualfon is a great place to work at.

What I would want is proper compensation to those employees that are handling heavier responsibilities than others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are adaptable to all the consistent changes within the process. And all of the individuals in the team are working together with the same goal in mind.
