My leaders support me not only in my job but also in my personal life when difficult situations arise. They show that they care about me as a person and not just an employee.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Leaders from the account that we are hiring for are a part of the process. I think this key to setting clear expectations and connecting with new hires early in the process. This results in better fill rates as well as retaining agents longer.
