The LT is very focused and while they want growth & forward progress, they are the first to also get on a call to help you through a hard time and create solutions to drive your business unit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is positive and while there are hurdles, people do not dwell on them but rather work together to find answers. They understand not everyday is going to be positive and that there will be difficulties. But they seem them as the price of growth and to get beyond - not dwell on.
