the leadership team here at Qualfon is very competent. Reachable at all times. Very good mentorship and so much to lookup for

i work remotely all the time which gives me ample time to focus on my personal affairs and family which i love the most.
What are some of the best things about your team?
i have a very competent team. I'm successfull as a manager because my team is so good and independent at their work. So all i have to focus is to make sure that there is a progress in their career

the interview process was very simple and i was assessed for my foundational aspects and how strong am i with my basics and how competent i am to leverage my skills to deliver. Over all the felt that the entire process was simple yet very effective and matured
