My experience with Qualfon has generally been great. I was a bit skeptical working with the company as this was my first wfh position but it has been a nice transition for me from working as a cna to being in customer service . I look forward to continuing to learn from and grow with this company

Making money but for real I have no complaints

I am most happy just by gaining the opportunity to assist customers and make them happy.

The listen and try to assist you every step of the way. The trainings help make sure we can gain confidence and be great at our jobs daily.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are positive people and patient as well. There are often a lot of changes, but they make sure we see the work in action and are there if we need any assistance
