I was able to talk to the Mission Manager before and she discussed and made me understand the job description of my work
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since most of us came from different sites and some were new hires plus we are in a new site. we are all interactive, and always willing to help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My new leadership team was able to give me the opportunity to grow and learn more. I was stagnant (sorry for the word) for 7 years in one position since there was no growth in my previous site- with the new site and with new set of leaders- I am slowly learning and understanding my worth
