What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hiring supervisors and managers who are educated and capable of supervising

What are some of the best things about your team?

They pull together and have your back even when managemnt on the floor doesnt

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

All talk and no muscle. They arenot able to staff correctly and the blame is taken out on the employees

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

They need to hire a different socioeconomic class. You cant pull people out of the projects and expect them to become licensed for a job that lasts 3 months

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The benefits are a joke. They gave us two options a hdhp with a $6500 deductible or a gold plan. 6 months later they came to those who signed up for the gold plan and told them they were not eligible and they knocked them down to the hdhp with no notice.
