What did you like most about the interview process?

I think i had the knowledge on what i was doing and i thought it was really easy

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

To change supervisor behavior, they are not willing to help people, they are more interested on selling their stuff.

What are some of the best things about your team?

co worker help you more than what a sup can do, they just like to seat and do nothing, some of them will not take sup calls.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If QA wont take point away from thing that are not in omni, following the script and they keep on looking for things that are not there.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They have to get better at everything since they can not synchronize their roles. i have been dealing with bad communication, always struggling with payment and absences that are not true, they give bad excuses. i have requested medical service 3 times now and they have denied that service to me now
