I am happy for my agents they make me happy.

Supervisor need to get a salary Increase and a better bonus structure.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have dedicated agents who work diligently to help maintain their families but they are treated very unfairly when it come to their salary and Bonus. Operations always have some way for them to alway work harder to earn so little.
