Well, eliminating the back stabbing, gossip, lack of ability to communicate or "train" new employees would be a great place to start.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training!!!!I went 2 weeks with zero training on how the store even operates. No POS training, no stock training, ZERO store operations training. I have 25 years retail experience in a vast array of fields. This is not how retail is done, at least not at the Lincoln City location.
