Well the pay is very low for managers ans regular employees. The hours are retail not great. Stores get no input in what we get. Corporate has no clue how stores work. Under valued. And currently understaffed in stores since we can not compete in wages

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managers do not make a livable wage. I'm there more than I am with my family and still can not make it on my own
