Radancy Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

the ability to work remote and the FTO policy

Review from Product Dept

I love the Flexible Time Off perk! It's great knowing you don't need plan using limited PTO days

Review from Marketing Dept

The newly implemented FTO structure

Review from Customer Success Dept

unlimited FTO is the best part

Review from Marketing Dept

Flexible vacation policy. The other benefits are solid too, in general.

Review from Sales Dept

The paid time off is wonderful

Review from Product Dept

Access to great healthcare for my family

Review from Sales Dept

it's competitive for the area I live in

Review from Marketing Dept

The 401k match and the flexibility with health insurance.

Review from IT Dept

The best part is that it's reliable and balanced

Review from Communications Dept

Deffinitely the FTO, the abbility if needed to use more than the standard allotment of time.

Review from Operations Dept

Flexible paid time off this year

Review from Customer Support Dept

Flexible Time Off (essentially unlimited PTO)

Review from Customer Success Dept

I like the unlimited fto

Review from Customer Success Dept

COnsistent raises, high base salary

Review from Customer Success Dept

FTO, salary based on available research in market and role, healthcare

Review from Marketing Dept

Great healthcare and fun random goodies.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The flexibility for FTO is great. If you put in the work and you need to take time, you can.

Review from Communications Dept

Very happy the 401k match is back.

Review from Design Dept

The healthcare package is amazing - best I have ever had.

Review from Design Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Verbally i feel valued by my team, but i do wish i was getting paid more as compensation, especially with rising costs of life.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Inflation has risen more than our salaries.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Merit increases and low and infrequent. Salaries are not competitive or consistent.

Review from Customer Support Dept

As the demands increase, the compensation seems to lag in comparrison

Review from Design Dept

Salary is below the industry standard. Also, I feel compensation should take into account quality of work, length of time at company, etc.

Review from Design Dept

When getting a raise at the annual review - having it match inflation

Review from Customer Success Dept

I don't feel undervalued but I do feel expectations exceed what is possible under normal work life balance

Review from Marketing Dept

Higher salary to go with inflation

Review from Customer Success Dept

make compensation competitive on the market

Review from Operations Dept

annual merit increases that match performance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I think salary should be fair between everyone on the team.

Review from HR Dept

The market value of my position is much higher than what I am being compensated.

Review from Customer Support Dept

My consistent committment throughout the years has not been recognized with fair compensation when comparing to the average salary of similar roles in many cities. A salary above the average in my current city would make me feel better about my compensation.

Review from Business Development Dept

I do not feel undervalued.

Review from Operations Dept

Radancy, in general, seems to be below market on salaries.

Review from Operations Dept

With the current market and inflation, I believe it's fair to provide a cost of living raise and re-evaluate salaries on a yearly basis to accommodate for rising costs on essential goods (food, rent, gas etc...). Otherwise it feels like we are making less each year.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Salary is lower than market comps. The role is required to sell but there is no bonus or incentive tied to it.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Not that I feel undervalued, but for how long I've been doing what I do, I should be getting paid a lot more. Just because I don't have a higher job title, I feel like my 30+ years of experience are worth more than what I'm being compensated for.

Review from Design Dept

If compensation matched skill level and not just job title. If raises were closer to cost-of-living. If you didn't have to be super aggressive in pursuing promotion. If some team members didn't judge by job title.

Review from Design Dept

Cost of high speed internet has been transferred to WFH employees. Long time employees suffered thru stagnant wages and minuscule raises for years. 401k matching is back, but still not to pre-2008 rates. Would sure like to see this recognized and made up for now that inflation is taking its toll.
