They should invest more in the allocation of resources so that workloads don't fall only on a small set of individuals. They should work to stabilize products before releasing new ones. They should work to understand that most now want to work remotely. Hybrid still doesn't work for everyone.

I feel as though work between cross functional teams could be improved. People struggle to know which teams handle certain tasks and certain resources are seem to be constant blockers and never go out of their way to do their part.

I'm having issues with my manager. They only reach out to me about negative things, and they do not encourage our team to bond. They discourage it. I'm made to feel stupid and like socializing with my team at all is wrong.

Management/leadership doesn't put feedback into action, our PJ platform is broken, get rid of mandatory PTO days, actually train the account teams on media so they can talk to clients about it, stop giving exceptions for every client.
