Hectic, or very little help or training, my manager left after two weeks of knowing him and his job became my job, something I was never trained for, had to learn everything on the spot, asked for another person on the team, taught them, went on PTO, came back and they gave that person my role.

I've had responsibilities thrown upon me without warning, having to do managerial duties while not be compensated for those duties, and not given proper training and help
