some are attitude not good and arrogance

some people are good some people are like arrogance

I want to go straight but some controversy in between field. some are no more experience no knowledge only having educational certificates.
What makes you most happy at work?
I want on time shipment on site and a leader should have loop in mail every project related which i am doing and i don't want attitude order with my team Leader.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have more experience in Av field since 16 years, but this is the injustice with me. some are having only certificates graduations Etc. but no experience and no knowledge they earning good compensations. some want to become manager but doing work if every one thinking like who will do project work.
