The ability to get business done and collaborate effectively while maintaining an "as friends" relationship outside of work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and rarely do people "gossip" about others. Oftentimes issues or disagreements are hashed out in a respectful way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Deals that close for large amounts should yield a bonus of some variety. Would increase incentive to go after large deals
