procurement process is much complicated than i expected, and waste a lot of time on it. right now all the documents are a mess, should combine all the systems.

Reduce procurement work process. And I need your hands, I can not handle all the procurement work in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more hands to help, and let me get the money form extra work hours. We can only use overtime pay in exchange for compensatory time off, but can not change to money.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
All the company system need to change. I can't fell we are working for foreign company. It's more like working for Taiwan local company. Get not much paycheck, have to carry lots of work
