They try to do the things correctly but is necessary a good trainer
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to assign functions to everyone and concentrate in those, the supervisor ask for multiple task at the same time and we all feel confusing and stressful. and is needed a trainer who stay with you to follow the instructions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to training the personal, like assigning one person and stay with you for 2 week too see how is the process, instead they show you one time and leave you alone, the people feel confused about the process, and they get mad just because the people have question about how to process the order
