What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody is local, so that's nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too strict with lunch and break times. Not that I want to misuse it, but it feels like the company doesn't trust me to be mature enough to utilize my time wisely. Very few SOP in place and those that are there are changed overnight. Sometimes I feel that I work in some home set up, not a corporate.
