My overall experience with the company is good. The only issue I have is there have been no increases in pay which is causing restraints on work life balance and is inducing stress outside work.

I enjoy the conversations and the lax mentality than most of my coworkers have.

being given challenging problems to solve and being allowed to create new ways to solve them

I enjoy our team mentality and how we are able to come together as a team to solve a problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
for the most part I feel that I am valued well; however, there are no raises and my cost of living has increased between 15 and 20 % since starting with the company which is causing issues with work life balance and being able to afford a place to live
