What makes you most happy at work?
I have to say its the different projects i get to work on. I love helping bring things to life
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all down to earth and no one thinks they are better than the other person. Well at-least they don't show it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that I can work mainly from home. I don't have to been in the office but can go in when I need .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From what i have seen so far, the simple fact that they are reachable and treat you as a equal not just an employee that is below them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
So far I have to say the medical and dental. The pay could be a little higher and I could get into the 401K program quicker. 6 months is a long time to wait
