It's good , because working at international employer is very different than the employer here at local . They value the work life balance and give good compensation . what can I suggest is that maybe we can work every other day on office only and notfull operation because out time here at PH is 1am
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I like the company, but the new policy keeps us to get sad, before we are allowed to wfh as long as there's manager approval, now they limit working from home. I can't find enough justification why need to go to office when you can perform same while working at home.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I can't find the reason why need to go to office daily when you there's no difference on working at home and working at the office. wfh set up at the Ph policy has no option but to work at the office.
