Seeing my team, able to help out my account manager, doing trainings for new hire and working on tasks being assigned to me

Even if I work on a different time zone and half way across the globe I can still feel their support (even if virtually)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
right now since there are times I work remotely (probably twice a week) working on site is somehow good because I can be able to see my workmates and help them out when needed. If working from home, it is somehow comfortable and relaxing as well
