I am happy now with Rahi. For as long s they continue to take care of their employees, continue to improve our benefits and keep everyone productive. Better if we will have at least Tea Building each quarter to tighten the bond and connection for all employees especially different teams.

The Mangers are on hand and able to see the work of each contributor.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have not the best package yet but fairly compensated. Better we have higher allowance cause if we compare to the market, it's a bit outdated.

The best is that the US team have trust with us. and they don't let us feel down even on the times of escalations but ensure we learn and won't happen again.
