What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

This is my second week, so I don't have enough information to answer this question

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I just need all the supplies required to do my job during my first day or first week

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to get their employees all the supplies that they need to start doing their jobs on their first day

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Most coworkers are ok. However, some are annoying. There is nothing the company should do to improve this situations because it is out of their control.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I started last week, so I cannot comment on the pay or the benefits. However, I did not receive my employee number until one week after I started work. Also, I do not the accounts necessary to work properly. The company needs to have everything ready for new employees to start immediately working.
