Based on my performance and commitment, it was agreed that after 1 year at the company I would have a promotion and a raise in salary and that did not happen.

I'm not unhappy, I'm very happy, with all the opportunities I've had and I feel that I'm joining the CIA, I'd like to have recognition based on the role I've been performing
