Rahi is a global MNC working with a local company mindset. No standardization is in place and this shows to the clients when they try to co-ordinate across multiple countries with Rahi. There is no transparency being provided by the management and no people mgmt or career progression discussions.

Our CEO is excellent however Singapore management needs more help. The environment is toxic at the moment and one can expect multiple resignations if this continues.

Being able to concentrate and get things done.

Easy to discuss activities and provide constructive feedback to them.

Our leadership team is fair and unbiased in their treatment of all employees.

Some of the good and supportive employees who make coming to office bearable.

Almost everyone is open to discuss about work and challenges and solve them together.

Compensation packages are offered based on an individual's capability and not their last drawn salary.

Most of them are highly supportive and helpful as they are undergoing the same issues with the management. So we try to support each other.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Although we are considered a global platform, there is a massive disconnect between different regional BUs. Everyone is working in their silo-ed methods and procedures.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Change the management. Management is biased and treats all employees like primary school kids. Complete lack of trust and does not stick to what he/she says.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

It is very easy to reach out to Executive Management Team as they are all actively involved in several day to day activities and communicate frequently with the whole Rahi Team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The team in Singapore are all multi-tasking and doing roles which they are not meant to. They are consistently asked to do other domains without any official recognition, title change or fair compensation.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Some of our colleagues are very helpful and extend their helping hand even if it is not within their scope. It creates a positive atmosphere to work when such people are around in the workplace.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My scope has drastically increased over the past 6 months and my compensation has not been adjusted in-lieu of this. The management here does not provide ANY transparency at all. Moreover and the management is not trustworthy.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The leadership team of Rahi in Singapore needs to start trusting its employees, providing more transparency, understanding our concerns, providing better benefits rather than clamping down the entire team with more and more rules. They need to act matured and learn some management skills.
