Took me a while to understand what our area of true speciality was. Even articulating an elevator pitch or short story. That has now developed nicely and I'm really enjoying the new opportunities, relationships and potential I see going forward

Willingness to help. High energy. Genuine care for physical and mental health
What makes you most happy at work?
Establishing relationships and cultivating them. Seeing a dream/design/idea come to life and solve a problem. Helping a colleague achieve their goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focused, committed but also open to new ideas. No micro management, which allows local relationships, cultures and personalities to flourish and succeed
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to help. We are fortunate there is not a competetive culture in our business that creates division and selfishness, but a genuine desire from staff across the board to help all succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't had a salary increase in 3 years. To be fair, it hasn't been the right circumstances to ask or expect either. Not because of effort but simply because I was aware the global situation made it unfair to even consider. However as we claw out and succeed, compensation should be addressed
