Confusing. I don't think I work at Rahi. It feels like something very different from what is described.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The mission, values, culture and goals are incredibly appealing and spoken as well as practices form leadership with passion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The promise that Tarun gives when he talks about Rahi. I would like to work for THAT company. I believe I work for a very different company in my day to day. It is quite disconcerting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is more than the standard in all aspects. I think therre are perks to local office workers that remote workers do not get, both tangible and intangible, that are a challenge for most organization right now to level set.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone is incredibly personable and willing to help but you may want ot be cautious. Everyone I have worked with seems like they are new to the company. their role, their profession aside from a few. There are quite a few silos/gates/hand offs. Many roles are ill defined or missing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I start driven and positive each day. You may want to add the question on how a person feels at the end of each day. I appreciate the vast opportunities to improve literally everything and help others by doing so. I wonder if my part of the company will survive itself to be a part of that focused su
