Stail not very exciting and not very-much training. Also I think there is alot of negativity because of the night shift. Night shift is a hard shift to work we need more time off and better compensation

Better Training is needed for new hires.

The type of work is exciting for me.

Having a better additude twards employees would be nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
More perks for being on night shift would make it better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe being able to use sick time without a 3 month wait time would be nice. Also a personhired 5 months before a the 6 month bonus, should be allowed to recive a bonus since he/she was here more than half the time required. Or pay them a fixed ammount for the 1 month missed.
