I can't think of anything because I'm a one man team here in PH Logistics (local)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's ok that my compensation is just an average but I hope the gasoline and toll fee were reimbursable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Tarun gives a positive vibes. The culture they want to promote is very positive. However, it doesn't show down the line.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Specifically for Tarun as I met him personally. He is humble & down to earth. He has good charisma to people. You can talk to him comfortably & you won't feel intimidated
