Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
it's much better to have a hybrid set up to minimize the transportation cost like for me, I leave a bit far from the office I don't have the Transportation allowance.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
we are hoping for work from home or hybrid set up , we are more productive in home, the travel time will lessen going to office and also be lessen our expenses in transportation. not all employees here has a benefit for transpo allowance.
