a healthy work environment, fair compensation, access to employer-sponsored benefits, opportunities for development and the potential for advancement.

We don't get shift allowance .. Also while we do extra work we don't get any monetary benefits.

Being a leader they are guiding us in a right direction where we grow and show up our best

Each player brings distinct skills to the team, and we all trust one another to get the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As there is no perks for over time.. don't get bonus,,, and compared to market pay scale is low..

As team we work and help each other .. learn new thing .. transfer knowledge,, and encourage to do new things
