
Listen to the team feedback, help to resolve conflicts and fight for a better team benefits and rewards. Be active in gathering feedback from the team rather than to brush away or threatening the team.
They need to step up the game rather than doing routine work. No career progression, no initiative, no effort, no creativity in resolving problems. They do not think in advance and plan ahead of time. No motivation in short.
For all the efforts and initiative that I had put in to my job for the past one year, my increment does not justify to it. I had contribute to the company more than what I get for my recent increment.
Provide a better benefit in salary reward, increment, annual bonus, 13th month wages, more allowance. Treat employees as treasure to the company as we are the products that generate income to the company. Be generous in increment and salary payout. Listen and help employees to solve issues at work.
Not fairly treated, no freedom of speech, not given attention to feedback, slow pace, colleagues does not motivate in work place, does not think of ways to improve work flow and smoothen work progress. They are laid back and lazy to think and work more towards a better working culture and environmen
