I am having a good and bad experience. What I value is learning, growing and feeling appreciated. What I dislike is the lack of ethics in some operations. I believe in the company values, let's just practice them more than reading them

My team is very dedicated, they are all invested in the long term.

A great group of people. Most of the people I have met are tremendous professionals and great people.

I am motivated because of the speed we are moving, I value their vision and their trust in me.

the drive. but sometimes the need for speed makes us deliver bad quality projects, that's a red flag for me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My base is low to the market value for the position I hold. I have the responsability to develop a new region, and am moving at a speed that no one else could have done when developing that region. I believe that my base salary should be increased by a lot, since my commissions are not paying off.
