Great company with exciting, rapid growth, wide field of areas to target and specialise in,but somewhat confused as a global business to how we present globally. Our expertise is heavily reliant on staff in region, both experience and quantity. Exciting to see where Rahi ends up in years to come.

I work a lot with the global team. I love everyone's availability, willingness to help and collaborative attitude. Some have a slightly more selfish mindset and approach but most are amazing and a joy to work with. Local Aussie team are brilliant!

I love the fact we have a culture of care. Care for customers, vendors, partners, employees and industry.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems for customers and colleagues. Interacting with staff and sharing life with them. Growing new opportunities for the business, building new relationships and being consistent in my mood, attitude and level of engagement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Example is shares were part of package almost 3 years ago and still nothing? Bonus structure was promised, still nothing. Wages have remained unchanged for 3 years. Having said that I also appreciate flexible work options and have been verbally recognised amongst peers. This is appreciated
