Our team is full of EXTREMELY SMART individuals who all bring such a unique take to our team. Each of us are there to support each other and lift each other up as well as provide added knowledge and support to make each other better each day.

I like the goals and ambitions our leadership team puts in place to help the employees succeed ed. I believe that sometimes we can be in such a time crunch that these goals are sometimes pushed aside side to solve immediate issues. A result of hyper scaling and growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to receive more compensation for the work performed, the innovations created and support provided beyond the job description. Compensation in the form of stock would also gladly be accepted as I am committed to performing my best for the company and I am invested the culture created.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy very much that my family and I have great health coverage. I do believe that my current pay is Good, however with the current workload that we are experiencing a bump in pay would be an amazing surprise of relief, especially since the cost of living will be rising above standard inflation.
