It's very quick/easy for me to escalate anything to higher management level through meeting/chatting..

I feel all members need to try to understand each regional culture difference/working style difference.

I hope to see Fairly/Global company benefit program /internal campaign even it's trivial , like to Global on-line quiz competition/dot ,chess game/Getting CEO to give happy birthday message by e-mail/text etc. it will get all member to feel more membership and work with fun.
