They are available anytime if any urgent work come up, like 24*7 We have a mix of multi talented people, and our manager knows very well how to utilize whom in which manner

My challenging role, I have never felt bore of any single task in any day. My work & role gets challenged everyday with new task & activities, rather than done same work everyday.
